VINEYARD
Berries grown in our youngest vineyards. High-trellised vines trained using the unilateral “cordon de royat” system. Drip irrigation. Plant density of 4,115 vines/ha with a production of 8,500 kg/ha.
HARVEST
Harvest during the second week of August. Mechanical night harvest.
WINEMAKING
Grapes are cold-soaked for 4-6 hours until the must acquires the colour we’re looking for. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature between 14°C and 16°C. Both varieties ferment separately in cement tanks.
Colour: Intense pink reflected in purple hues.
Nose: Succulent red fruit notes of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon are complemented by hints of yoghurt.
Palate: Intense yet balanced, brimming with fruit nuances leading to a fresh, silky finish.
Serving Temperature: 12º to 14ºC.
