Syrah comes from a selection of plots from Torresalas vineyard and Garnachas from the cooler of Salas Altas.
HARVEST
It done taking advantage of the coldest hours of the night, the second half of August, moment that his varieties are beginning to accumulate color and the acidity is high.
WINEMAKING
Soft pressing obtaining a pale pink color. Fermentation takes place at a Tº of 14º.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Pale pink with blue iridescence.
Nose: Citrus notes like grapefruit, fresh red fruit like tart strawberries and white flowers.
Palate: Acidity, refreshing.
Pairing food: Salads, bluefish, rice and Italian food.
Serving Temperature: 8ºC – 10ºC.
